The team

Who Actually Plans Your Trip

Four roles, all of them Bali-based, and one of them will own your itinerary from the first message to the flight home.

In short

One planner owns your honeymoon from the first message to the flight home, supported by a Bali-based team that handles property inspection, on-island logistics and the day-to-day relationships with villas and operators.

  • One named contact for the whole booking
  • Everyone is on the island, in your timezone while you travel
  • Property inspection is a separate role from selling
  • The same person who quotes you is there when you arrive

Four roles

How the Work Divides

Small enough that you will speak to the same person throughout, structured enough that inspection is not done by whoever wants the sale.

Your planner

Takes the first call, writes the proposal, and stays with it. If you message at nine at night from the villa, this is who answers.

Property inspection

Stays in candidate villas and scores them. Deliberately separate from the person selling, so a property cannot talk its way in.

On-island operations

Drivers, boats, chefs, guides. The people who confirm the day before and fix it when a road is closed for a ceremony.

Group support

Finance, legal and the trust account, handled at PT Juara Holding rather than by the person planning your trip.

What that means for you

Three Practical Consequences

Structure is only worth describing if it changes something you can feel.

You never re-explain

No handover between sales and operations. The person who knows your dietary requirement is the person who booked the restaurant.

The list stays honest

Because inspection is a separate role, a villa that has slipped gets dropped rather than defended.

Same timezone when it matters

A problem at six in the evening Bali time is dealt with at six in the evening, not the following morning.

Speak to a Planner

One conversation, no obligation. You will be talking to the person who would plan the trip, not to a call centre.
