What to Include in the First Message
What should we send in the first message?
Your dates or the window you are working with, how many nights, roughly what you want to spend, and anything non-negotiable — a dietary requirement, an access need, a headcount above two. That is enough for a first draft.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually the same working day. We are on Bali time, UTC+8, so a message sent from Europe in the evening is generally answered while you sleep.
Is there a fee for planning?
No. The proposal, the revisions and the conversation are free and carry no obligation. We earn on the booking, and we say so plainly on the editorial standards page.
What if we are not ready to book?
Write anyway. Plenty of couples talk to us nine months out just to understand what their budget actually buys, and we do not chase afterwards.
Do you take bookings for anywhere other than Bali?
No. One island, and that is deliberate.
