How we work

Three Things We Do Differently

None of this is unusual on its own. Together it is why couples end up here rather than on a booking site.

One destination only

We do not sell the Maldives, Santorini or the Seychelles. Everything we know is about one island, and the depth that buys is the point of using us at all.

A small portfolio, seen in person

Fewer than fifty residences, each one stayed in by a planner before it joins. We turn down far more than we accept, which is why the list stays short.

On the island while you are

The team is Bali-based. Support during your stay is same-timezone and local, not a ticket queue in another hemisphere.

The group

Part of Juara Holding

Being inside a larger group matters in three practical ways, and it is worth being specific about which.

Financial standing

Client funds sit in a separate trust account until your travel completes. That is possible because there is a registered entity behind it.

Supplier reach

Drivers, boats, chefs and guides are shared across the group's operations, which means we are a repeat customer to them rather than a one-off booking.

A real address

Jalan Sunset Road No. 88, Kuta. You can come in, and occasionally couples already on the island do.
