Questions About Cost
Why does the homepage say from $7,500 and this page say up to $30,000?
They measure different things. $7,500 is the land-only floor for seven nights — villa, breakfast, transfers, butler and the experiences in your itinerary. The larger figure includes business-class flights for two, which can be $8,000 to $20,000 of the total on their own. We quote land only, because that is the part we control.
What is not in the package?
International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, most lunches and dinners, and personal spending. We recommend insurance rather than sell it.
Is there a deposit?
Thirty per cent confirms the booking; the balance falls due sixty days before arrival. Funds sit in a separate trust account until your travel is complete.
Do prices change after we book?
No. The proposal you accept is the price. If you later add something, it is quoted before it is booked.
When is it cheapest?
Late April, May, September and early October. The wet season, November to March, is cheaper again and greener than any photograph suggests.
