Arrival, Uluwatu
Forty-five minutes from the airport to the cliffs. Nothing planned but sunset from wherever you are staying.

Itineraries
The full island: cliffs, jungle, highlands and the quiet east. More driving than the others, and worth it.
Request this itineraryThe short answer
Seven days lets you see four different Balis — the Uluwatu cliffs, Ubud's river valleys, the cool highlands around Munduk and the quiet rice country of Sidemen — at the cost of roughly nine hours behind a driver across the week.
Day by day
A shape, not a schedule. Every day here is moved around to suit you.
Four moves in seven nights is the most we recommend. If that sounds like a lot, dropping Munduk and giving the nights to Sidemen is the change we suggest most often.

Making it yours
Nobody travels this itinerary exactly as written. These are the three changes couples ask for most.
Before you write to us
It is the most we will recommend for seven nights. If the driving concerns you, drop Munduk and give those nights to Sidemen — you lose the waterfalls and gain two unhurried days.
Munduk sits high enough that evenings are genuinely cool — bring something with sleeves. It is the one part of Bali where that is true.
Yes, and it slots in most easily after Ubud. It adds a day, so it becomes an eight-night trip.
It is the part of this itinerary couples write to us about afterwards. The drive is scenic rather than tedious.
Per couple, land only. Flights, most lunches and dinners, insurance and visas sit outside it.
